Joining our Parish

You can become a registered member of St. Teresa of Avila parish by coming to the Parish Office and completing a registration form.  You will need to know the following about yourself and any other household members:

  • Your contact information:  address, phone number, e-mail
  • Your name, age, and sex and, as applicable, that information about other household members
  • Occupation or school attending
  • Religion
  • Sacraments received
  • Marital status
  • Any special needs including a preferred language

You can register with St. Teresa of Avila regardless of the information.  It is used to help us serve you better and is kept confidential.
