Open for Public Mass

Join us for public in-person Mass on Saturdays at 4:15pm or Sundays at 10am.

Before You Arrive
The Archdiocese of San Francisco requires that every person or family must complete an Informed Consent for in-person attendance at Mass during COVID-19 Public Health Crisis form EVERY time you attend Mass.

• Submit Online and show the confirmation to the Usher.
• Download & Print - give copy to the Usher. 
• If you are unable to show Usher a confirmation of Online completion or forget your printed form at home you will be asked to complete a new form before entering the Church. 

*The Sunday 8:30am Mass is Live Stream ONLY until we have 5 volunteers per Mass to reopen safely.  
All Masses will continue to be live streamed.
